Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Quality is our primary focus, and we believe that the key to maintaining quality starts with employee training. Quality control should not only concern the QC department but every staff member in the entire company. From QC managers to production workers, all employees are well versed in QC procedures and adhere to our well-documented guidelines. These begin with incoming inspections of raw materials and continue right through to the final testing of the finished products.
Quality Control Procedures
QC is carried out at each stage of production, from raw materials to finished products. Orders are then checked before and after package and inspected again before shipment. We also perform spot checks to remove the likelihood of any defective products reaching you.

We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week.
